(Singapore, 13.10.2025) Fortune Times proudly presents the She Power Singapore (新加坡之她力量), a charitable initiative celebrating 198 exceptional women who helped shape Singapore’s journey. A milestone marking the nation’s 60th year of independence, this commemorative book She Power Singapore will be launched on 22 October 2025 at Hilton Orchard Singapore, followed by a gala dinner honouring women’s empowerment and lasting contributions.
Over the course of three years, the Fortune Times editorial team meticulously curated and translated into Chinese more than 200,000 words of biographies from the Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame (SWHF), an initiative of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO).

This monumental work pays homage to the women it features whose contributions to the nation – spanning the 18th to 21st centuries and encompassing politics, law, business, education, healthcare, literature, and the arts – helped shape its history and legacy.

The event will feature the official launch of “She Power Singapore,” followed by an evening fundraising gala and awards ceremony comprising a charity auction in support of SCWO, cultural performances, and the presentation of the prestigious Fortune Times Awards. Mr Walter Ng, the board director of Ruifeng Wealth Management said, “we hope to express our commitment to social responsibility and inspire the current and future generations of young people to take responsibility while upholding their convictions, and to closely connect their personal dreams with the national vision.”
“This is more than a book — it is a cultural gift to the nation,” said Annie Song, Editorin- Chief of Fortune Times. “Through the support of partners like Ruifeng Wealth Management, we are able to keep alive the stories of Singapore’s women pioneers, while raising vital funds to support SCWO’s work in uplifting women from all walks of life.” Demonstrating its commitment, Fortune Times pledges 15% of the book sales towards SCWO, and its programmes.

Dr Seow Yian San, President of SCWO added, “The women in She Power Singapore, drawn from our Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame, are pioneers and role models whose stories deserve to be remembered. This book not only preserves their legacies to inspire generations, but also raises vital funds for SCWO’s work — from supporting women in crisis to empowering women today and inspiring the next generation. We are deeply grateful to Fortune Times and Ruifeng Wealth Management for making this possible.
This marks the first collaboration between Fortune Times and SCWO, a partnership that unites media, culture, and community to celebrate women’s legacies.” On behalf of Fortune Times and SCWO, we sincerely invite the media crew to cover the meaningful event.
