(Singapore, 23.06.2025) Today, Singtel announced the launch of its enhanced Multi-Domestic Connectivity solution, designed to support enterprises in deploying Internet of Things (IoT) devices across more than 190 markets worldwide. The solution incorporates cloud-native connectivity provider floLIVE’s global network infrastructure and multi-IMSI SIM technology, enabling seamless, secure, and regulatory-compliant international IoT operations.

In conjunction with the launch, Singtel signed a MoU with Lenovo Connect, a global subsidiary of Lenovo Group focused on IoT and communication services. The agreement establishes a channel partnership that will focus on cross-border IoT collaboration, helping Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) expand into global markets through a unified and compliant connectivity platform.

Singtel’s Multi-Domestic Connectivity solution addresses key challenges in global IoT deployments, including fragmented mobile network operator platforms, complex SIM lifecycle management, and varying regional compliance frameworks. Through Singtel’s Aggregator Connectivity Management Platform (CMP), enterprises can remotely configure and manage devices, perform real-time diagnostics, and ensure consistent connectivity using the latest eSIM standard (SGP.32).

The solution is especially relevant to the automotive sector, where growing demand for real-time services—such as over-the-air updates, smart navigation, and in-vehicle infotainment—requires robust and scalable cross-border connectivity. Singtel has previously supported connected car programs across the United States, Europe, China, and Asia-Pacific. The integration of floLIVE’s technology and the cooperation with Lenovo Connect strengthens its ability to serve international OEMs with secure and scalable solutions.

Singtel’s IoT initiatives since 2022 have laid the groundwork for this expanded offering. These include enabling Verizon’s global IoT activations in the region, pioneering 5G RedCap for energy-efficient device connectivity, and developing platforms like Paragon, which combines 5G, edge computing, and AI-based orchestration to ensure end-to-end performance.

With the new solution, enterprises can consolidate their global IoT operations under a single platform, reducing time-to-market and operational complexity while remaining compliant with local regulations.
