(Singapore, 25,09.2025) Today, the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok officially broke ground, marking a landmark moment for Asia’s ultra-luxury real estate market and expanding the Porsche Design brand’s footprint into the region for the first time.

The groundbreaking ceremony, held in Bangkok’s upscale Thonglor district, was attended by senior executives from Porsche Lifestyle Group and Ananda Development, including Stefan Buescher, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche Lifestyle Group, and Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of Ananda Development. Scheduled for completion in December 2028, the tower is Porsche Design’s third global real estate project, following its acclaimed developments in Miami and Stuttgart, and its first in Asia.

Buescher described the project as “the perfect synthesis of Porsche Design’s engineering precision and design excellence,” adding that innovations such as the Kinetic Move façade system, the X-Frame, the Crown, and the signature Passion Spaces illustrate the brand’s dedication to combining aesthetic sophistication with functional innovation. “This architectural masterpiece broadens the Porsche brand’s appeal by offering ultra-exclusive experiences that fuse automotive inspiration with lifestyle design,” he said.

Chanond Ruangkritya noted that the partnership reflects Ananda’s vision to redefine luxury living in Bangkok. “Together, we are setting a new benchmark for high-end residences in Asia,” he said. “The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok celebrates the passions of future residents, while reinforcing Bangkok’s position as a leading destination for global luxury real estate investment.”

Redefining High-End Urban Living

Situated on Sukhumvit 38, one of Bangkok’s most prestigious addresses, the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will feature 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex Sky Villas, ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters. Each residence will be designed to evoke the Porsche DNA — precise, powerful, and purpose-driven — with every detail reflecting the brand’s legendary engineering heritage.

Among the development’s defining features are its “Passion Spaces,” private in-unit garages that allow residents to display their luxury car collections or transform the area into personalized entertainment lounges. The “Kinetic Move” automated terrace system takes inspiration from the iconic Porsche 911 Targa roof, introducing a dynamic architectural element that merges functionality with emotion.

The tower’s “Crown” will serve as a striking lighting feature visible across Bangkok’s skyline, while the “X-Frame” exoskeleton design — inspired by the Porsche Mission R concept car — creates a column-free entrance and a bold architectural signature. Residents will also enjoy “The Loop,” a spiral access ramp that allows vehicles to be driven directly into their Passion Space, embodying the seamless integration of design, technology, and mobility.

Elevated Amenities for the Elite

Beyond its design innovation, the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok promises a suite of world-class amenities, including a 25-meter swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness and spa facilities, refined social lounges, and business meeting areas. Each residence will feature a private pool and technically inspired gourmet kitchen, blending opulence with precision craftsmanship.

With its limited edition of just 22 residences, the development is targeted at ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) seeking privacy, exclusivity, and an immersive brand experience that unites luxury living with automotive passion.
