(Singapore, 14.05.2026)Today,Saint Bella Group has announced a strategic partnership with L Catterton, a global consumer-focused private equity firm affiliated with LVMH.

According to the company, the partnership will focus on areas including technology development, international expansion, and collaboration across premium consumer brands.
L Catterton manages approximately US$40 billion in equity capital and has invested in more than 300 consumer brands globally. The firm was formed through the integration of Catterton’s private equity business with LVMH and Groupe Arnault’s investment platforms.
Under the cooperation framework, Saint Bella is expected to leverage L Catterton’s experience in consumer markets and access to its brand network. The company said this may include collaboration with portfolio brands in areas such as product development, membership programmes, and service offerings.
Founded in 2017, Saint Bella Group operates in the family care sector, with services covering postpartum care, rehabilitation, and related household services. The group currently runs more than 140 care centres across 41 cities.The company has been expanding its overseas presence since 2023, with projects announced in cities including New York, London, Paris, Bangkok and Sydney.
Industry observers note that demand for maternal and family care services has been rising in several markets, supported in part by demographic policies and growing consumer spending on health and lifestyle services.
The partnership comes as companies in the sector explore cross-border expansion and seek access to international capital and brand networks.
