Specially available from 4-11 May, these Mother’s Day specials will be offered alongside the regular menu, bringing a selection of refined yet comforting dishes designed for sharing.

  • Crispy Porchetta (1kg) at $88++, slow-roasted to achieve perfectly crackling skin and tender meat, served with sweet peas, a bright touch of lemon, jus and fresh chervil salad; 
  • Le Bar Entier en Papillote (1kg) at $98++ – seabass delicately baked with fennel, lemon and herbs, and finished with a fragrant bouillabaisse sauce;
  • L’Asperge Blanche Mimosa at $29++ – a seasonal French classic featuring tender white asparagus, with the option to elevate the dish further with 30g of caviar at $38++ for an added touch of indulgence.
  • For a sweet finish, The Plump Frenchman offers a pre-order only Frasier (500g) at $68++ – a classic strawberry-pistachio shortcake layered with light cream and fresh fruit, bringing a delicate, celebratory end to the meal.
